Hi,
For the power cable adapter problem, i have give you a link on the latest post.Please check.
For the steering wheel control problem,you just need to respectively connect the steering SW1,steering SW2 and SW Ground wire of your wire harness to w+1,w+2 and black wire of the ISo cable.

What name is given to the the connectors pictured in Jammys answer? Want to try finding some locally or online. My fellow Americans, would most most US auto parts stores have these connectors?

i have to ask again, what is the specific name part number of the ISO adapter that ships with the unit? I am surprised it does not ship with a mate and then splice the wires into the mate. That way, we could unplug the ISO adapter and immediately disconnect all the connections. i have gone to 3 auto stores and a RadioShack closeout, but no one had anything similar.

sorry for the late reply.
For the connection of steering wheel control problem,the picture is just allowed to refer,it is not your real connector.In your car,there is a connector containing the steering SW1,steering SW2 and SW Ground wire,you just need to manually connect them to the w+1 wire,w+2 wire and black wire of the ISO cable of our unit.If you want to connect them easily,you can buy an adapter.Here is the link.http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-Steering ... And this connector ,we can call them as steering wheel control connector.
