Sat nav/radio sound adjustment

My order number was 100000706
Recently fitted my RQ0364E

My question is.
How do I set the unit to lower the radio volume so I can still hear the sat nav voice prompts over the top.
I want to use the sat nav and radio at the same time.

Hi there
First, please make sure you have turned the volume setting in your navi software to the highest.
Then, please to go to setting---GPS, turn on the GPS monitoring, and set the mode to be Mixing instead of switching, and adjust the mixing ratio to 10.

If this is still not solve, then please go to setting--factory setting, input password 126, and then click AUDIO, and lower the Radio default volume. Then click Apply, and Exit, it will ask you to reboot to make the change work, click OK to reboot.
