SKU:12-RQ0360-UK-A media accessing problem

hello,
I have recently bought an RQ0360 from Uk but due to the unit being defective i have to send it back to the factory, now i got it and it's working but i have an annoying problem all media players stop playing music from the Sd card randomly. with a little searching i found that the problem is caused by the fuse driver for SD card and that's a known bug for android 4.4.4 custom rom.
Is there any method to update the android or the mcu to get past that annoying bug

Hi,
For the play music from SD card problem,we check the unit again and find nothing.
Could you provide a video to us?
And do you check the SD card is OK?
