KD-C0224+Y0803 BUTTONS DO NOT WORK

I just purchased this unit from amazon. I had it professionally installed. It got stuck on boot 3 days later. I found the updated firmware on this forum. I installed it. It worked. Now buttons do not work properly. How do I fix? I also purchased 3G dongle and it does not work. I really like the unit. Please help.

HI, could you please tell us your amazon order number?
Regarding the buttons not working issue, please tell us the current system version on your unit, and go to the Settings--factory settings(126)--other to show us settings option, we will check if the updated firmware changed the factory settings and result the buttons problem.
About the 3G dongle, our unit can only support the WCDMA network type sim card, please check if you used this kind sim card from your local.
You can also connect the 3G dongle on your PC to check if the 3G dongle has problem or just the sim card you used is not compatible with our unit.

I am having several issues with this unit. I am extremely DISPLEASED. I have also been talking to someone via Amazon messenger. NO HELP. I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE YOU GUYS A BAD REVIEW. I NEED HELP.

1. THE UNIT WAS STUCK IN BOOT. I UPDATED it from the link you(Jammy) provided to another member of this forum. It worked.

2. NONE OF THE BUTTONS WORK PROPERLY.

3. THE REMOTE DOES NOT WORK NOW. I CURRENTLY HAVE DVD STUCK IN PLAYER. I CANNOT EJECT IT BECAUSE THE BUTTON DOES NOT WORK.

4. THE RADIO MAKES NO SOUND.

5. IT DID NOT COME WITH A GPS CARD FOR THE MAPS. I BOUGHT ONE AND DOWNLOADED IGO NORTH AMERICA MAPS FROM INTERNET. I GET AN ERROR THAT SAYS "OUT OF MEMORY. REQUESTED : 1701978227 CACHE : 0

Hi, sorry for the trouble brought to you.
But from the MCU version you sent, it does not come from the factory, I don't know if you install the MCU file from other place.
So you can try to install the factory MCU to solve the problem.
And my amazon customer service colleague told me, she sent you the factory MCU, hope it works.

About the 3g dongle, please check if you can get the 3G WCDMA sim card from your local, cause our unit only support this kind network type.
You can also connect to the internet through the portable wifi hot spot from your phone.

Peace. I am reaching back out to you from this thread because all of my info is here. I am having a few minor issues with my unit.

1. it will not keep the correct time and date. No matter how many times I set it, it always goes back to China Time.

2. Radio does not display the station name and song as it did when I first bought the unit.

Using Android Kit Kat 4.4

Hi,
For the time and data issue, please first check if you set the time sync to GPS time or network time.
And you can also set the time manually.
For the FM radio, it can only display the FM frequency, it could not display the station name and songs.

Nothing is working. Should I check or uncheck something else. I was able to manually set the time but it defaults back to China time and date.

Hi,
For the time problem,please check the yellow wire is connected to the "B+" pin of your original harness,because the unit save time when the yellow wire has constant 12V power.You can refer the follow link.
