PUMPKIN 27-AQTU72-US no RDS/Bluetooth music Info

I have this version head unit purchases from amazon and I have a few questions. I have yet to receive any RDS information on known radio stations. Additionally when connected to Bluetooth music, there is no song info or id tag information shown. Lastly I have read where people have their android 7.0 devices to work with easy connection however I keep getting a serial number for device not found error. Please help. Is there a firmware update available for this device.

Hi,
For the RDS problem,please first confirm switch the AF button and TA button on . Then confirm that there are some RDS station around you .
For the Bluetooth music problem, it is sorry that the unit itself don't support display music info.
For the easy connection problem,we have the latest app which support Android 7.0.Here is the link.

RDS problem is fixed, thanks. With the easy connect I'm using the latest apk that supports android 7.0 however I keep getting a serial number for device not found error. Can you please help with that.

Hi.
About the bluetooth topic in this unit (I also ahev one but the -01 version), did you find that the bluetooth sound is a little bit of low quality?
If I read an .mp3 file from an usb stick the quality is good, but from bluetooth is like dropping from 320 kbps to 128 or less kbps. Tried with different smartphones to check if it was from the source, but always the same result, so probably from the unit...

Does anybody have the same problem and knows how to solve it?
