Firmware update

Postby Mooseknuckle » Thu Apr 13, 2017 9:06 pm

Hi, I have searched high and low for an answer but to no avail. How do we know if an update to a unit is available? Can I check my MCU version against the latest for my unit? Also, I'm not really sure what model I have. All it says under model number is "A-MEDIA AUTO".
MY current MCU version is V2.00_2.
Was installed 12/01/16 so I am guessing there is an update floating around.

Thanks for a point in the right direction.

Hi,
I am sorry that the unit can't remind you of update.
It is confirmed that default system works well with our unit.If update is available ,we can send you the latest one.
For MCU version and model number problem, we need to know your buyer/user ID and could you provide them?
Regard.
