Hi my unit wifi will not turn on and USB cable will not read USBs please help !

I have reset the unit multiple times and keep having the same issue

Hi,
For this problem,it maybe the mainboard problem.
You can contact the customer service to return your mainboard for repair.
Also you can write email to "support.us@autopumpkin.com".
