Radio station settings diappear

Hi,

when i have saved the radio stations by pressing the channel for a few seconds and typing the name of the radio station, the station and the related frequency are not there when I turn off the device after a while.
When I turn on the devioce aftre s short time, the saved radio stations are still there, but not if I switch off for a few hours.
What can I do?

Hi,
For this problem,it maybe upside down the red wire and yellow wire.
You can try to switch the key from ACC position to Off position,and then switch the key from Off position to ACC position.In this case,if the unit can start up automatically, the connection of wire is normal. If not,you need to exchange the yellow wire and red wire of the ISO cable.

hi Jammy,

the radio starts and turns off normal, when turning the key from acc to off and vice versa. So the red and yello cables are connected correctly.
But the stations which I have saved before desappear.

lets see, I will install the dab+ now, maybe it will help.

Do I have to change something else, after installing the dab+ device?

Hi,
For the radio station problem,please try to close the AF option .If this dose not help,could you mind show us a short video about it.
For the DAB problem,you don't need to do anything just start the DAB+ app.
