Problem with phonelink

Hi,

I cannot link Samsung Galaxy S3 with 7inch Win CE 6.0 W0414 car audio

I'm getting a message on phone "connected as media device" and few seconds after another one "Unable to find software on your PC that can recognise your device. Service pack 3, WMP ver.10 or higher for Win XP or Android File Transfer for Mac OS must be installed" and then is showing me a link where i can download Kies app

Can someone help please

Hi,
The unit don't support connect to samrtphone to read information on the phone.
Hope your understanding.
