Hello here is my problem I received my car radio with no problem at all I take my car after the work and the just black screen affects them to quote him which is lit in blue I tried to disconnect but nothing works my number 100004287

Hi there
Can you tell me if it still have music playing while in black screen? Does the touchscreen have any reaction?
Could you mind try the following video shows method to check if you can enter into the Android recoery mode?
