Hi,
I am running one of your units, its front opening with the map SD card behind the touchscreen.
I am attaching screens of model etc.
I altered some of the settings in NAV Preferences and suddenly got a
"Failed to open file ui_igo9\800_480\ui\cockpit.css exiting application."
Ok, I have RESET the unit, which failed to change or fix ANYTHING. HOW can I FIX this?
Is there somewhere I can download this file or download a "good" copy of my maps? I am very fed up, the option should NOT be there if it is going to to screw the GPS up. OR the file should be there!
Can I have a reply in ENGLISH, not CHINGLISH, you are a large company selling a huge amount of head units, they are great, but support needs to be given in a way that people, ie me and others can understand!
Can you please advise on best way to fix this issue, can I download this missing file or download the NAV files for the WinCE unit?
This is where I bought the item and its details:

Hi,
I got a new copy from the vendor.
Here is a solution for those who can't get hold of a new copy of the maps which fixes the issue:
"If you delete the save folder you will reset iGO to it's defaults.
All your settings etc will be lost
A new save folder will be created."
This resets the nav and it works perfectly again!
