Android 10.1 won't turn on.

Hey guys just got my pumpkin 10.1 GPS in and it looks badass. Went and wired it up not my first radio have done a lot of radios. Also am a certified ford electrical technician so I know my stuff. Checked all my powers all my ground all of my connections and still nothing on the screen. tried the power button as well as using the remote to turn it on still nothing. Also tried linking the red and yellow wire together still nothing. Can any of you guys help me out was super excited to try this radio out now I'm bummed out cause it won't work. Thanks for the help.

For the start up problem,you need to flash the unit.But first please tell us your order number or buyer ID.We need to confirm the model number of your unit and give correct firmware.

Hi I continued to to check the unit found that when plugged in would pop the fuse to my truck replaced fuse amd poped again immediately checked all my trucks wiring and wiring up to the HU with a volt meter have power all the way to the unit until I plug it in and it then pops the fuse. So I think it might have am internal short in the unit but I ordered it off of Amazon but here is the order number from Amazon 112-8345397-3546662

sorry for the bad experience for you.
Do you mean when you plugged an new fuse into the unit and you immediately find the unit get power at one moment?

No when I plug the unit in it blows the fuse immediately does not try to power up at all.

Hi,
After you combine the red wire and the yellow wire ,you can try to press the reset button.
If this does not help,
could you tell us your car model ?Our technicians try to analyze this problem further.
