Google map voice recognition doesnt mute muisc

Hi, bought an Pumpkin unit some weeks ago:
Model Number: A-Media Auto
5.1.1 Android
MCU: MTCD_LM_v2.30_1
Processor: 1.2GHz x 4
Kernel: 3.1.14

As I had some issues I did a factory reset (already the second) but now I have a real problem:
I use Google maps and I want to use the voice recognition for input of the destination. In the background music is playing (radio or mediaplayer doesnt matter). When I press the button to speak the music mutes for 1-2 seconds but then turns on again even google is not jet finished with recording the voice. Before the factory reset this worked fine. Music was starting after google finished. Please help. With this bug voice recognition is not usable anymore....

Hi,
For the Google voice problem,it might be caused by the third party music app.Because the third party music app can still play on the background.So do you use the original music app the unit install automatically?
