RQ278E Bluetooth contacts phonebook not syncing

My Bluetooth contacts does not sync with my phone properly and will only show a few contacts. Also, I cleared the cache and the memory and deleted the data, but still the same.
After messing about for a while, I can only put it down to how the car stereo only reads contacts that are made in a certain format, even though it is still a .vcf

Do you have an updated firmware that will fix this bug?

My phone is: Samsung galaxy S7 running stock Android 7.0
Car unit: Android 5.1.1, MCU ver. MTCD_LM_V2.00_1

Could you mind change another phone? Maybe it is a compatibility problem.
When do you buy the unit?

My phone costs more than the car stereo. So, no. The unit was bought in feb this year.
