Android 4.4 Kitkat "Stuck on BOOT LOGO" Toyota Hilux

My Car DVD Player is stuck on the boot Logo and wont go on form there.
(2 androids that keep om turning arround)

its an android 4.4 kit kat placed on a toyota hilux, it worked fine for a year now its stuck.

its this same problem but on a different player
