11-C0681-US-A - CD Player Loud noise

Hi there. I'm Lucas and I bought the 11-C0681-US-A 8 Inch Android Unit Display for Toyota Prius ( ).

Today, I tried for the first time to play a CD, and unfortunately the product has shown some issues.

As you can see, it keeps doing a noise every time I eject a CD (it doesn't eject actually). But it is not only when I try to eject a CD/DVD, the noise happens all the time. Even with the car powered off.

What I've done to try to solve this problem so far:

- Power off the Unit Display
- Taken off the power cable supply from the back of the unit display
- Reseted to Default Settings

But the problem persist. I had to unplug the power cable and at the moment it is turned off. So I have no radio on my Toyota Prius.

Can you guys please help me with this situation? Is there anything else I can do to solve this? Otherwise, can you guys send me a new one?
I actually don't care about the CD Player working or not, But i want that noise away.. it happens even with the car turned off, as mentioned!

Hi,
sorry for the motor sound disturb you.
You can try to insert a CD in the unit,then the unit would not make noise when you turn the unit of.

Hi guys,

Do you have any idea how can I fix this issue? The CD player doesn't work, it keeps doing a very loud noise, and the CD is stuck inside.
Also, the WIFI doesn't work. When trying to turn it on, it goes back to off after 4/5 seconds.

I need to know what else I can try, as I can't use the Head Unit and I need it to work.

I was able to take the CD out of the CD player. The noise is still in there, even when my car is turned off and also when the Android Unit is turned off.

For the noise and wifi problem,you can contact the customer service to return the unit for repairing.
