No more IGO Navigation and video while moving

after an hard reset of device, i can't find anymore IGO Navigator and cannot whatch videos while moving.

can i use another default home page ? i do not like the actual home page

how can i fix this??

Thank you for your reply!
If you didn't erase the map sd card, then the map software is still in the card. You just need go to apk installer to choose apk file to install from the map card.
For the warning message while watching video, please go to setting---driving safty---enable the allow watch video option.
And the home page is not able to change my friend, but you may can search on google app playstore to check if there is any other launcher app, they may help you to change to other desktop page.

When pressing Navi or starting IGO app, there is an error message that no map data is on the card.
This is from new installed unit.

Shall the IGO be uninstalled and re-installed from apk folder ?

Yes, you need to uninstall the old app from the radio, and then reinstall the new one from the new folder.
