Pumpkin with 6.0 marshmellow no presets

Pumpkin with 6.0 marshmellow no presets can be entered,I tune to a station,then hold the preset button down it comes up with a dialog to name it then I name it and hit OK,the preset is Not saved.Otherwise the thing works perfect.

please first tell me your order number or buyer id so that i can confirm the sku of your unit and provide you positive solutions.
Do you mean you can not save the radio stations or you can save but while you turn the unit on again,you don't find the stations you saved before?
You can first try to turn the AF function off.

Tried everything from removing apps to changing model numbers.Still the radio app has a preset issue where it will not hold presets entered by the user.
Even tried removing the car battery to see if that would reset it.
No luck,please help.

Tried everything from shutting on and off AF to all the PTY and everything,no joy,tried disconnecting battery,tried resetting via button on front,tried removing apps,changing versions,presets dont stay in.
If I use the Best station memory it stores memories (i forget what pumpkin calls it) but it looks from 88-108 MHZ and stores them for you,this works.
I can not set a preset,when I first powered the radio on,it Did store the presets I had all 8 in there from the first screen of memories.

sorry for the late reply.
You must click on the frequency and drag it into the memory space (Drag and drop) to store the stations manually.
The way long press the preset button is just to amend the station name.Hope you know.

I would never in a million years think it has to be dragged and dropped.This is odd.
The goofy thing is it stores the Music information if you dont set the preset insanely fast!
I can work with it,I just dont like the way it stores the song info in the preset.
I just want the frequency or FM callsign for the station.


So what is the other way for? you press the preset button and hold it in and then you can make it say anything you want.(this way doesnt work but works in my buddy's car that has an older pumpkin radio)??????

Hi,
This way to store FM stations is set by factory.This cannot be changed.Hope your kind udnerstanding.
