2din problem Notifications Bar

Hi everyone I have a 2din radio and a few days ago I stopped working the top of the screen, it's the part of the curtain or Notifications Bar and you can not use the buttons, I put the ELM327 and the torque app I think that's had something See, I leave a photo for you to see the part I tell you.

aliexpress, Why it just stopped working the top ?, everything else works fine, what does not work is the notification bar, if you reinstall or update will be solved?

sorry,there is not firmware suit for your unit .
Why don't you seek help from the customer service from where you bought .
