problem with a Pumpkin car radio

Hi I have a problem with a Pumpkin car radio version MTCC-KDL6-V2, 97 ANDROID 5.1.1 1024 * 600. It does not detect the rear camera, it does not go automatically when you put the reverse back in when you do it in manual mode. Thank you in advance

please first check the reverse wire is connected from the unit to canbus(if have) or directly to the positive pole of the reverse light.

there is not a firmware now to solve this reverse problem.Hope you understand.
Noramlly,it is the wrong connection of the regarding wires or the canbus broken leading to that you can't get the reverse imagine.
If you have a canbus,you can try to cut off the reverse wire which labeled reverse.

Hi I cut the wire as in the picture but the result does not change the camera does not turn on. Canbus works and also the camera, tried on another device.

Hi,
Please allow me to confirm:
First,the orange/black wire is conneted from the unit to the positive pole(12V+) of the car light.
Second,the reverse switch option setting is like the picture i attached on the last mail.
Noramlly,if you did above two steps,the unit would switch to reverse mode while you put the car in reverse.

Did the unit automatically turn to reverse mode while you put the car in reverse at the beginning .
