Can you provide me with the full factory image of 27-AQTU72?
It used to work great before now i am having issues where touchscreen wont work, Bluetooth drops the connection...etc
i tried factory reset but nothing seems to work.
My last hope is the factory image.

you can download the following flies to the root content of a sd card.Then insert the sd card into the unit,and reboot the unit.

Thank you so much! my touchscreen issue got fixed! i guess somehow i erased it when i reset the device or something. thank you once again.

Also you think is there is a file where it would also fix my Bluetooth issue? i am having trouble when answering a phone call using Bluetooth. When i receive a call it works for 1 minute than it goes complete silent (no sound coming form a car speakers) and it would only work for another 1 minute soon as i hang up and receive a call again.

sorry,we never meet such a problem in this kind of unit.Could you mind try to change another phone.
Maybe it is the compatibility problem.
