CN10-02201B - Not switching to rear camera on reverse

I installed the CN10-02201B in my RAM 1500 recently. I have a wire from the reverse taillights connected to the reverse wire of the stereo. When I plug in the reverse camera RCA connection to the Camera RCA connection of the stereo, and put the truck in reverse, the stereo does not display the reverse camera video input.

As a test, I plugged the reverse camera into the AUX RCA connector of the stereo, put the truck into reverse, and manually activated the AUX video app, the camera did display the video input. So I know my reverse camera is working.

So how do I get the stereo to recognize the reverse camera when connected to the Camera RCA input?

Hi,
first please confirm again that the reverse wire can get 12V+ power from the reverse light.
Then,try to enter into settings--extra settings page and choose close 'disable reverse video'.You can refer to following picture.

If this doesn't help,please tell me whether you used the ISO cable with CANBUS?

I figured out the issue. The polarity was reversed on the wiring.
