help!! many issue with AQTU73

Hello, I've been using this headUnit for three weeks but mostly been trying to fix all the things that are not working. there are so many and these are the most important things of all.

1. Blue Tooth only works when its Fresh start up or reset + with Fresh BT config with LG V20, S7, Iphone5. Once car is off or BT on the Phone is off then it never gets connected unless i set it up from the beginning.

2. Easy connect (found out there is new APK for this. Could you send me link for this Unit? thanks for support ^^)

3. Back up camera shows guideline which doesn't work with the camera angle on my car, wish there is way for me to Turn it OFF.

4. Factory app such as radio, BT, AUX starts up as unit boot up. which make me click home button every time i turn it on. so annoying when it plays radio without your permission.

5. AUX app does not play on background.(for the purpose of this unit, its useless if it doesn't work on background.)

6. does not allow any widget to be placed on background even on custom launcher(NOVA).( due to way it got internal storage partition) all the Apps with widget needs to be installed in main internal sd storage for widget to work. needs some way to make it work. WITHOUT WIDGET SUCH AS MUSIC PLAYER, MAP, WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING ANDROID DASH ON YOUR CAR?

Without all SIX of these problem fixed i feel like i ended up with a Head unit that is only good for reading media out of SD card.
Without fix. this head unit is not a upgrade to anyone's car or life.

For the bluetooth issue, I don't quite understand, did you mean that it does not automatically connect to smartphone? No matter android phone or iPhone.

For the back up camera guideline, please go to the factory settings(1617)-->Backcar setting to set.
For the AUX app, it can play audio on background, not the video, the main function of this units are the GPS navigation, Radio and BT for most of our clients.
Normally the default factory app can not be replaced on their position, different head units have their different UI design.
The third party launcher app is the alternative main menu for you to customer the app or widgets.

Hi admin!

I need help with the same issues. I don't know if you guys have fixed the who bluetooth situation with this device or not but here are some of the following issues im having:

1) Doesn't allow me to connect new device to the stereo
2) If the device was connected before, it doesn't connect automatically
3) It doesn't even allow me to connect manually to an already connected device
4) IF by any god given chance it connects after a lot of attempt, the bluetooth sound quality glitches like a scratched CD

PLEASE HELP!!!
