LM Mstar stereo,solve Bluetooth call without sound

Currently,we have found a problem on the LM Mstar stereo ,including the unit w0108,w0237,w0238,w0244,w0352,w0353,w0354,w0413,w0414,w0538,w0539,w0674,w0675. The problem is that other people involved can't hear the sound from you when you are using Bluetooth call with apple phone with IOS 10 and above.For this problem,you can try to change to an android phone.If android phone is normal in Bluetooth call.you can solve it follow the way:
The way to solve it is updating the firmware.

Please notice:
Before flashing,you better need to check your version of Bluetooth.After update,you will find the version of Bluetooth is different.The follow picture show you the correct version of Bluetooth.

I am having the latest BT firmware fix but the issue is still not solved.
In addition to people not hearing me I don´t hear them...

Need to increase volume really much bu turning the knob with the result that after the call is finished (and eg I return to listening to radio) the sound is EXTREMELY LOUD.
Is there a way to have the BT phone sound level adjusted separately?
Please note that the sound level when using BT to listen to music fromthe phone is "normal".

Hi,
did you try to improve the calling sound on your phone to max volume?
if you do this operation,you don't need to increase the volume of of the unit so that when you return to radio,the sound of the radio can not be so loud.
I want to confirm that which sound is very silent,the sound from you or from the other ?

It is the incoming sound from the (other) caller that is not loud enough.
Obviously the volume on the the phones is at max.

you can try to enter into factory set page (password is 3711 or 8888)and adjust the volume balance.
You can refer to the following picture.Please don't modify other parameter without our guidance.
