Video Output from CN10-01201B.

I purchased a CN10-01201B single DIN Android stereo through Amazon US - order# 112-3114831-8971416.

My problem is that I can not output video from the deck to an external display. I am trying to send the video to a TV.
I can see the video on the stereo's display, but the Video Out is not giving me anything.
I'm testing this parked with the engine off. I do not have the brake wire or the reverse wire connected to anything.
This is an installation in a 1994 Wanderlodge RV.

So it is a unit without a DVD player and doesn't support video out of any kind. What does it send out through the Video out then? If nothing, why is there even a video out connection?

sorry, the video out wire connection is unitive.All the unit has this conection.
Is there a tags on the surface of the unit that write "V-out"?
If not,it confirms that the unit really don't support video out put function.Hope your kind understanding.
