27-AQTU72 USB dismount

I am experiencing an incredibly frustrating challenge with 27-AQTU72.
The unit will mount then dismount usb drive upon start-up. Some times it will recognize drive after pull/re-insert and other times requiring system restart. Please provide solution.

Hi,you can try to change another USB.
