I purchased the following product from Amazon.com 2 weeks ago:
http://www.autopumpkin.com/pumpkin-univ ... -obd2.html
I am having audio issues both via bluetooth and radio. The unit establishes connection via bluetooth and hands-free calls works fine with car speakers working. however there is no sound when playing media from my nexus 5x via bluetooth. I can control media playback from the head unit, but no sound from either phone or car speakers.
Also, the radio can shuffle through stations but again no sound coming from speakers.
When I connect to wifi and install application on headunit (spotify) the car speakers work fine so it is not a wiring issue.
I reset the unit to factory settings and even tried flashing the ROM from one provided in these forums but no help. I cannot get sound to my speakers via bluetooth or radio. Please let me know if there are other solutions otherwise I will return the unit.

Car is a 2001 toyota 4runner.
Bluetooth media has NO sound from all (4) speakers.
Radio has NO sound from all (4) speakers.
USB Flash drive has NO sound from all (4) speakers.
Media streaming with wifi enabled has sound from all 4 speakers.
Bluetooth calls have sound.
The wiring to the car amplifier is correct because I can play music through apps such as youtube, spotify, google music...when Wifi is enabled and connected to the internet. However radio, bluetooth media, and media from flash drive have NO sound!
I believe this issue is related to application rights....maybe some apps are not selecting the correct sound output source. Please advise

Any solution?
I made a video below showing the phenomenon. As you can see, the wiring is all good because media streaming over wifi works. Radio and bluetooth media do NOT.

I have tried resetting the unit to factory default and even tried all the different configurations under Settings > Applications. Nothing works!
