Dap+, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS stopped working

Hi

This morning when I jumped in the car and started it up as I would on a usual work day the Dap+ Radio was working I turned on the GPS and then all of a sudden they stopped working. During the diagnosis of the issue, I also noticed that the WiFi & the Bluetooth stopped working.
The unit is an SKU: 11-C0721-US-A purchased through your website order number: #100001684

I pulled the dash apart to see if any of the connectors had come loose to find the DAB unit was really hot.
Not too sure what to do now as I'm based in Australia.

All other functions work fine as far as I'm aware.

Whats the best way to sort this out as I have a guess that the internal board that runs the above components has broken.

Hi,
You SKU of the unit should be RQ0421 not C0721,please confirm again.
For the problem,you can try to reset the unit.
If this doesn't help, please provide a video to us showing the problems.

Hi Jammy, Thanks for the reply.

That's interesting about the SKU as per my invoice it says 11-C0721-US-A-KN-Y0012-GS-Y0004 anyway, For some strange reason it's up and running again.
I still currently have the DAP+ unit disconnected, for the time being, will probably reconnect it this weekend.
I have literally done nothing since looking into it yesterday.
It's only started working again this afternoon so will keep an eye on it and see how things go.

Hi Jammy

Everything seems to be working as it should so I'm gonna hold back on the reflash for now and see how things go.
If trouble arises again I will then do as you have suggested.
