RDS / Radio Issues with CN01-02202B-01B

You can contact the customer service where you bought the unit to return the unit.We have an advantage in after-sales service.We really hope you can choose other hot units such as CN10-02201.

I had checked the Navi-Settings. Sygic was set as Navi-Device. But with no effect. With any Sound from Sygic the Radio remains mutet. I have no furthermore idea. All possible soundsettings are checked without solving the problem.

Can you confirm by when you will provide the RDS fix? Is this a general issue with all units or only specific for my unit?

I have already bought a CN01-02202B-01B fpr my Motorhome. I am writing with the Pumpkin Email Support since 4 weeks. But without any success.

Ich have 2 big Problems.

1. The Navi Sound ist to quiet and the Radio is to loud. I cant set the volume of theses two audio outputs.

2. The sender Retuning of the Radio at only one sender is not possible. I always have to search all senders, there also always all saved senders settings are lost. And the AF Funktion for alternative sender frequence ... does not work. Sometimes one the display "kryptikal" signs are shown instead of the sender name.

I have bought my Radio at Amazon ... Please help me and make a funktional Update in the next 3 Days or i send the radio back, because it dos not work. Its the worst Radio i have ever seen.
