I encounter a new problem, since a few days my car has no more backlighting so it is unusable!

I think this is a bad contact at the level of the wires, because from time to time this one turns back on.

I attempted a reset, but it did not change anything.

I am more and more disappointed by this car radio.

What solution could you offer me?

Hi,
do you mean the screen backlight is very dark sometimes?
If yes,you can take out the screen and check whether the screen flat cable is loosen or disconnected.

I removed the car radio, checked all the connections.

As you can see in this picture, the car radio works correctly, the sound is present, the touch works, but the screen is black.

In full sunlight, you can see an image.

I bought this car less than 2 months ago. If I dismantle the car stereo, I lose the warranty !?

I think it's not normal to have that kind of problem.
