I' ve tried to update firmware because I cant start the device. I get the following message "failed to mount/cache/dev/block/rknand_cache(block device rquired). What can I do?

It's Mtcc-KLD 4-V2.94
Version 5.11 1024X60
RK3188

Do I need a new MCU and Firmware?

Hi Jammy,

Flash doesn't work.I think I need the right MCU for this device. I' ve installed KLD 5 and I found out that is wrong.

Hi,
Could you tell me how the unit cann't start up?
Did you use the ISO cable with can bus box? You can try to short circuit the yellow wire and the red wire of the ISO cable to confirm whether the unit problem or power source problem.But don't make the unit work on this situation too long,because it will drain your battery up.
Please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions.

Hi Jammy,

thank you for your reply. The device is build in in my car and I use the iso cable with can bus box. I have no ID-Number by Ebay, because the device was a giftfrom my so to my birthday. Unfortunatly he had
changed his ebay-account and he has no longer access to his old account. Starting up the recovering-menu al lot of error messages are apearing and one of them is that the mcu is missing and the cursor is on reboot
