Hi - I have just installed my new 10 inch C0256 device * really nice!
I already have a 3G dongle that I normally use with my laptop. So I know that it works (using Windows7)
When I plug it into the USB/3G slot the dongle starts up and shows a green light signal.
On the screen I can then see the usual 3G symbol but with no signal quality information (only grey bars).
How do I configure the 3G dongle in the Android settings? WiFi Bluetooth and everything else works fine - but I do not see any menu for setting up the 3G connection.
Thanks André
3G Dongle Installation on C0256
Re: 3G Dongle Installation on C0256
Hi, for the 3G dongle, please check if you get a 3G Internet WCDMA SIM card from your local, because our radio can only support 3G WCDMA signal.

Hi, the 3g stick worked with your previous Parrot Asteroid Smart and your android, but it did not work with our unit, so it must the 3g stick or the 4g sim card not compatible with our unit.

Re: 3G Dongle Installation on C0256
next disadvantage
the sim card should be WCDMA (UMTS in Germany)
what about 4g? any chance? only read about 3g

Hi, you can try to use the 4g sim card to test. If it does not work, the 3g stick only support your local 3g WCDMA sim card.
