E46 6.0 stering wheel control does not work

Hello, I have installed in my BMW E46 a Pumpkin 6.0 radio (CN10-11201B).
Everything works so far, but the steering wheel control does not work, I can not save it synonymous.
At the original radio it still works.
How can I save them, or what do I have to do to make them work?

I can neither store the keys nor do anything else with it.
They do not react with the radio.
In the Internet I have found that the CAN-BUS must be set to None to make it work.
However, I do not find this point in the settings.
