13-RQ0278E don't save the fm stations

The unit can't save the memorized stations at new restart. I have looking for same problem by others persons, but I don't find the download file for fix the problem.

Hi Pal, I had the same problem with a VW . . . . a friend swapped two wires and it now saves the stations.

It loses power on VW when ignition is switched off. If you are still having trouble let me know and i'll get you in contact with my mate who swapped the wires.

My Pumkin does every time a cold start if it longer than (i think) 1 or 5 Minutes Ignition off.
Have you a newer Firmware for me?

For the cold boot problem of the unit RQ0278, our engineers are trying to solve it.Please wait patiently.
Somebody who also suffer with this problems said when this happen,the red/yellow wire don't get enough 12V power ,you can pay attention to this.

I have the unit complete reset and wipe Cache etc.
At the moment is all fine! no problem with warm start...

I have another problem:
FM-Radio: Im driving many km. And the radio-station is not reachable. The radio searching automatic for another Station but didnt find another. Only i press search manual find the next FM-Radio-Station.
How can i solve it?

Hi,
When you turn the AF function on ,the unit will automatically search for the same station ,and if there is not same station in other place, the unit will constantly searching.
You can turn off the AF function set the PTY as no/none,if you mind this.
