Unable to connect to WI-Fi

Hi All,

I have purchased an Android 5.1 Lollipop. Unsure on the model number as I am unable to find anything on my order for this.

But I am having issues with it connecting to Wi-Fi, it allows me to search and show available connections, but when I join them it just states saved then flickers between saved and connecting.

Is anyone able to help here please?

Please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions.
Regarding your wifi issue,it usually caused by the weak wifi signal .Did nearly all wifi you tested states the same problem?
