different mp3 in the SD slot.
I assume the memory is to low.
Can we increase the memory?

Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
The limited internal memory may have the relation with the mp3 songs dropouts issue.
We suggest you don't download too much third party apps or open the online maps at the same time when you playing music.
Because the memory is based on the hardware inside the unit, it's almost impossible to increase the internal memory.

Jammy the DVD/ CD slot closes after a certain time. Is there an option to extent the time for auto closing?

Sorry that there is not an option to extent the time for auto closing when you press the "eject" button.
But you can adjust the angle with the "angle" up/down button to make the screen at the certain angle.

I have bought a DAB+ Module. It works but the app is so poor from the channel direct pick.

Sorry for the late reply due to the Chinese New Year's Day.
For the alternaitve DAB antenna, here is another kind which shared from one of our clients, he said it could improve the DAB signal receive.

i have the same unit, and the same problème...when I am listening to mp3 on SD card or USB Stick it has terrible dropouts, but i dont use online map, or otherthing (soory for my english, i don't think it's ram problem.. can you do sommething for this

please notice that the max memory of the USB or SD support up to 32GB.
Could you try to change another USB slot or SD card ?

Hello Sammy does the RQ0261E support steering wheel controls.
Does it has 5V Key2 & 5V KEY1 and GND connections in the back.
