Hi, cause we encounter this similar problem from one of our clients, he did the wrong connection which lead the wifi and USB power supply module broken.
We suggest you return the motherboard back to us for repair.
Maybe there is some other problem not found.
Once we receive it, we will try to check and give you satisfy solution.

As mentioned there have not been any wrong connections on my part. My solution is that since I´ve already payed the $100 deposit on the other motherboard I suggest that I send the old motherboard back to you and you send a completely new head-unit and I then return the old head-unit for a refund of my deposit.
The wi-fi where as mentioned before tested with only the power supply connected and did not work.
I think there is something wrong with the head-unit and/or software.

And we can refund you the deposit.

How am I meant to tell a customer to wait a few weeks because you stuff up building his head unit I think he will want his money back. It's just a 7 inch unit running 5.1 the Rockchip 3188

Hi, if you think it's hard for a customer to wait a few weeks to solve the problem. You can suggest that he buy a new same unit from you, then once he receive the new unit and install it, return the old unit, you can refund the prince of the old unit after you got the old unit.
And you can return the old unit back to us for repair.

I don't have any more units in stock and to be honest I prob won't be stocking them again I've had nothing but issues and non communication since the beginning
