how to hard reset 2Din Universal radio

Hi my radio is not working When I turn it on it keeps saying android on it but nothing happening Order ID 026-8354349-5610740: I can turn it on and off is there anything I can do to make it work

I have a question I have an issue with mine all was fine over the weekend and then the other day he radio will not boot up, it turns on and when it gets to a certain screen it says android starting and optimizing app 1 of 1 and then turns off. I have done the reset in the front of the radio but nothing works
