your unit should be AE0278 compaired with android 8.0 .That firmware doesn't suit you .

just an update...

i also had the Bluetooth Problem Described here:
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5297&start=10

my unit FW was from january (2018-01-xx) and after the update
BT works with adapter.

will check the other things in the next days

yesterday tomTom crashed again, after reboot it worked....

but another issue:
i cant sync iphone phonebook with the device.
should it work (android/iOS) or only with ios?
or can i use Outllok app and sync contacts?

Hi,
when connected the iPhone using Bluetooth, there is a little toggle on the iPhone that says Sync Contacts.
you need to turn that on and the issue over.
About the outlook app, sorry for there is an internet crash here,so that now we are unable to check for you.Could you mind trying by yourself .

last thing i think: is it possible to shange the items/buttons on the home screen?
