Can you please tell us the md5sum of the rar file?

I am able to run the apk but after the installation ends successfully, i am trying to run the app and i am having the same problems as mentioned above.

I don't quite understand the md5sum of the rar file, cause the free maps are provided by the factory.
Could you please tell us if you got the maps from us or download from others?
The maps we sent to you have already been tested without any problem.
If possible, would you mind take a video,upload it to youtube, then send the link to us?

Hi Jammy,
md5sum is a value (checksum) that can be used for verification of a download.

So before you upload a file somewhere you can generate the md5sum of the file and it will give a large string of numbers like 12345... Usually this number is posted on the same page as the uploaded file.

Then,
when any user downloads this file, he/she can generate again the md5sum of the downloaded file and compare it against the original number.

If they are the same then the download is valid otherwise it corrupted and it needs to be re-downloaded.

There are free utilties for the md5sum:
winmd5 for windows
md5sum for linux etc

I will try to upload some pics of the error that appears after running the iGo from the home screen (I need to repeat that the installation was successful, the errors appear when running the app).

Hi,
The maps file have been tested without problem before uploading.
Could you please check if you unzip the downloaded file and find the igo app when you plug the SD card into GPS slot?
If possible, would you mind take a video, upload it to youtube, then send it to us?
We will help you check and try to provide you best solution.
And you can also use other navigation, such as Sygic, here maps, google maps and waze.

Hi! I got the same error message as Monette in post 29. "Missing or incomplete folder. Empty zip archive not supported". I get no error during install, the error message comes when I try to start the igo app after installation. After the error message the app quits.

The head unit is a CN03-03101B-US-A, order no 100006864.

The download link I got from customer service seems to be the same as posted in this thread.
