RQ0278E keeps forgetting settings

i have the same Problem the device keeps forgetting settings like stored radio stations and Time
i check the Acc and Power Connection they are Ok

Hi,
sorry for the late reply.
For the save setting problem,it may caused by the yellow wire and the red wire exchange .So,you can try to restart the engine.If the unit can't power up automatically ,you need to exchange the yellow wire and red wire.
