RDS / Radio Issues with CN01-02202B-01B

hello Jammy,
many thanks for your answer. I could fix the the loudness button, after i got access to the settings menu.
Due to the DAB+ and FM radio Apps, is there any way to get the Apps updated, perhaps by them issued for the better rns version CN01-02306B. Perhaps this is a solution up to the point a software update of the CN01-02202B-01B is available.

hello Jammy,
the problem wit the volume button was: /extra settings/ switch knobs1 and 2/ to "close".
please let me know if any update for the unit is or will be available.

You need to download the files to the root content of a sd card and then insert it into the GPS slot.Lastly,click the settings--- extra setting --- system update.
