No video displayed playing DVD, Model# 11-RQ0261E-US

I just installed this unit, bought from you guys on Amazon.

When I put in a DVD and hit play I can only hear audio as the DVD plays, all I see for video is a green screen.

Installed in a 2006 Mazda MPV.

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply due to the National Day.
Regarding your issue, could you please use other DVD to check? Does the unit play video normally from USB/SD?
If possible, would you mind take a video, upload it to youtube, then send the link to us?
We will try to provide you the positive solution.
