Pumpkin CN01-02204B-02A boot loop

Howdy,

So my Pumpkin head unit is stuck in a boot loop, have tried resetting it and it still fails to start. It is stuck on "optimizing app 1/1",

When I reset it it optimized a load of apps and then again failed
