CN10-03303B Android 7.1 music and navigation freezes

Hello,

I've bought a few months ago a CN10-03303B Android 7.1 unit (order number 500002995 from German Pumpkin website). Because the car is a Golf 5 GTI it wasn't used very much in winter and when I started using it 4-5 weeks ago the problems started appearing and it's driving me crazy.
I have already updated the firmware to the latest version V9.2.2_20180228.134351_KED3-5. I've been talking to someone from sales but I couldn't get any kind of technical answer so maybe someone here can help me.

First of all music is freezing when using either the included player or Google Play Music. I have tried playing music from the internal iNand, SDCard or USB stick, all the same. For some reason this seems to be related to the directory structure. If I have a "Music" directory and inside the music albums, each in its own directory it seems to work but if I make a deeper directory structure, let's say in the Music directory I put the artist name directories and inside the album name directories it all goes down the drain and the music freezes very frequently.

The second very annoying problem is that opening more than 2-3 applications at the same time slows down the unit horribly and most of the time it ends with a complete system freeze. Even worse, trying to navigate using Waze and playing music is almost impossible. Waze freezes and I need to reset the system.

Also after the last update my Nexus 5X phone won't connect anymore to the Bluetooth interface.

Now, looking at the symptoms it seems to me that all these are software problems. Support is asking me to send the unit back for testing but a quick calculation of my costs is very high. First I have to pay someone to take the Pumpkin unit out, put my old RNS300 in (or drive with a gaping hole with wires sticking out of it in my dashboard) and then take the RNS300 out and reinstall the repaired/replacement Pumpkin unit when it comes back.
This is very expensive because disassembling a Golf 5 dashboard is a long operation.

Please, I need some fixes for these problems otherwise I can't really use the unit. Navigation and music is all I ask.
