Android 7.1 Head Unit No Power

Hi had your Head Unit installed in my Corsa and up and running perfectly for a few days.

Now it has no power, have tried restarting, unplugging/replugging with no resolution.

All the fuses both in the box and on the unit are fine.

Wondering if this can be fixed or is it a dead unit?

Hi,first please check the connector from canbus stable or not . You can refer this article.

2.you can try to combine the red wire and the yellow wire together like follows to check whether the unit power on.

3.if it can power on after S2,you can contact our pumpkin customer service to change an canbus decode box. If it can not power on after S2, you can contact our pumpkin customer service to change the car stereo .
