Disable Reverse Camera when Reverse Gear is in

Hello, I have an E46 with an CN10-11201B-01B Unit installed. The Canbus Decoder is running well, so my Multifunction Steering wheel is working. Everytime the reverse Gear is in, the Unit stops playing Music and shows "No Video Signal" so my thought is, that the Unit wants to turn on a reverse Camera. But I dont have any connected. I searched the whole System Settings to dissable the reverse Camera function but I didn´t find it. May you can help me out? Is it a Software setting -> where? Or do I have to change something in the wiring?

Hi, there is no settings in your unit . You need to cut the orange wire which labelled "CAM line ".This wire get the power while you put the reverse gear in .
