Amp issue

My Amp application behaves strangely, when I move the sound center left or right, it jumps from speaker to speaker without logic. Same goes if I move the sound center to the front or to the back. I have 4 speakers and it jumps between the 4 of them without any correlation where the center is. Also the Equalizer has no effect at all on the sound.
This looks like a SW issue since the system beeps (when I touch the screen) goes equally via all the 4 speakers.
Please help how to solve. Thanks.

Regarding to the equalizer issue, would you mind take a short video to help us check?
We will send it to the factory and ask them if they can provide a new firmware to solve it.
