[Android 7.1 VW] Back speakers and PDC radar

Hello

My Pumpkin Radio Android 7.1 VW is not working properly. The back speakers and the PDC Radar are not working. I think the included can bus adapter is not the right one for my car. Could that be?

My car: VW Passat 3C Variant / 2012 / TDI / 140 PS

Hi, you can check EQ settings and radar settings in the unit .

Hello

The back speackers are ok now. But after the start the communication over the canbus breaks. The PDC Radar and the other status informations are updateing for about 10 seconds, then the communication breaks. I got a new adapter from support but i have still the same problem?

When i have the reverse gear during start i got a yellow exclamation point (!) on the screen?
