Download and reset problem

Hi dear.
I have this device which I have probledevice reset it to
factory default And i have problem with downloading apps from
googleplay shop. And cannot se anything about Steering control but i can use volume op and down

Hi,
About downloading app ,do you mean all of the app can not be download from play store ? You can first try to use an thin stick to click the RST button to reboot the unit.
About the steering wheel control ,you needn't to configure the button again.What is your query about this issue.

The device cannot be reset to factory settings when I use a thin stick in the hole of RST. Only reboot.
Downloads are take too long time to start bout of I am using WiFi or 3g.
Steering wheel controls is working only to volume up down.change next and pervious.not to scroll the music to half forexmple.

Another thing I remember now is take more than 30 second to start op where it's started Very quick when I just got the device and install it.

About downloading app,it is normal that it takes some times before downloading the app.Different app mgiht take different times. Hope your kind understandings.You can try to restore to factory settings.
